Things to Do

Burge Club

Burge is an historic 1000 acre farm outside of Atlanta in Mansfield, GA. The club includes lots on activities on campus, including shotgun shooting facilities, walking paths, fishing ponds, a small pool, and a pickleball court.

The shotgun shooting facilities including a sporting clays course, skeet and five stand courses can be found starting at Paula’s Porch / the Pro Shop. To use the shooting facilities, you will need to check  in at the pro shop to sign safety waivers and you can purchase shells, hats, eye protection, ear protection and a wide selection of apparel. We will have a limited number of shotguns available so we will need to schedule the shooting accordingly.

The Burge Way is a well-marked series of trails around the property including short and long walks.

Fishing is open on Burge’s four ponds. You are encouraged to keep all Bream and any Bass under 12″, and release the bigger bass.

The pool and pickleball court are found behind the Main House. We will provide pickleballs and pickle paddles on the court if you’d like to play. Please bring your own towel to the pool if you plan to swim.

Keep in mind, you don’t have to do anything to enjoy Burge – it’s a beautiful property on its own.
